TECHNICAL INFORMATION: The Super cLc (complex Laminate construction) penetration tested outer shell offers an incredible stiffness and strength. Two layers of Super Fibre combined with one middle layer of special fibre, (exclusive to Arai) form a light, yet extremely strong shell. On each bottom side, the new IQ side exhaust vents remove moist and warm air from the lower parts of the interior. Their efficiency is enhanced by the Free Flow System (FFS) guided air stream. The very-efficient, one-piece DDL4 vent effortlessly draws hot air out of the interior. Easy to operate, large button for opening and closing the ventilation channels. Inner liner material is made of improved two-tone Dry-Cool®, that always feels dry and cool to the skin and dispatches moisture fast and efficient. The interior is fully removable, washable and replaceable. Easy to clean, easy to maintain. Distinctive new Hyper Ridge reinforcement band along the bottom of the outer shell for added outer shell strength including the area around the lower exhaust vents. Unique single piece, multiple-density EPS foam liner, an Arai technology that combines three to five densities in various areas as a single component, rather than an assembly of separate pieces fitted together. Retractable chin spoiler enhances both comfort and aerodynamical properties. Standard Pinlock inner visor prevents misting and fogging of the visor very efficiently.
