When you have found and chosen the product you were looking for through any of our search formulas (See “How do I find the article I am looking for?), you just need to click with your mouse on the image or on the product information box you have chosen and wish to purchase.
The product detail file will open, displaying all the information you may need for you to make sure that this is the article you need and that you will receive it in the conditions and price you were looking for.
In the file, apart from the price and its possible discounts, you will find detailed pictures of the product, possibility of making zoom, the technical description of the product, its different models, as well as related products and comments from other buyers that will help you to make your decision. Moreover, for some models, you will have the possibility to see .pdf files with advanced information or exclusive videos on the products’ innovations or use.
If you have already decided that this is the product of your interest, you just need to choose the size and quantity, and automatically the availability control will be activated and, before you add it to your basket, we will let you know if the product is in stock, the number of days it will take to be delivered at your address and how much will be added as delivery costs, in relation to what you have already in your basket.
At this moment, you only have to click on the “Add to my basket” button.

From now on, you only have to follow the guide of the 3 steps of the purchase process until you formalize and pay with any of the means of payment allowed for your purchase.
Step 1
At this first step, we will show you all the products, together with its sizes and quantities, you have been adding to the basket and their total price. If you have a Motocard Gift Card, it is here where you should enter it.
Also at this point, you will have to choose the country or region destination for the product to confirm the delivery costs or if you will collect your purchase from any of our stores, of course with no cost at all. Finally, before continuing, you may activate the Express Delivery, in case you want your purchase to arrive in 24 hours at your address. (See “Express Delivery Conditions”).
Step 2.
You will have to indicate your invoicing and delivery data. At this step, you may take the opportunity to register and, thus, avoid entering the said data again in future purchases, apart from profiting from possible future campaigns among our users.
Finally, select the means of payment that best suits you and click on “End Purchase”.
Step3.
Your order is already confirmed.
At the top, you will see the order number and will receive an e-mail with all the information of the purchase process and the system of payment used. Save it in case of possible incidents.
With this number, you will be able to know the state of your purchase at all times, by entering it in the right box “Find Order”.
