In Motocard.com we offer different means of payment for you to choose the most convenient. You will make your choice in Step 2 of the purchase process, once you have verified the products in the shopping basket and selected the means of collection or delivery.
Credit Card Payment
On choosing this means of payment, the purchase will be linked to the webpage of our bank entity (Servired). This way, the data is not kept by Motocard.com but sent directly through a safe protocol (HTTPS) to the bank operating with Motocard.com. Therefore, we are offering you the maximum safety and confidence.
The credit will be charged from your card the moment you validate the payment.
If there is any Stock problem in your order, or any incident in the delivery, we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card within 15 days from the service date.
For safety reasons, Motocard.com reserves the right to decline any operation done with credit cards. If it is the case, we will proceed to refund the cash to the original credit card. Should the customer, after our explanations, be still interested in continuing with the purchase of the items, we will request for a bank transfer.
After the payment, we will inform you about the results and, if acceptable, we will send you an e-mail with the details and the confirmation of the order.
Transfer payment
If you choose this means of payment during the process, your order will be pending of the credit confirmation from the bank entity. The delivery term starts from the date of confirmation. At the end of the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail with the details and the order confirmation together with the bank details for you to make the bank transfer.

In order to make the transfers from abroad quicker and safer, the issuer is to provide the BIC (Bank Identification Code) and IBAN (International Bank Account Number) codes.
It is very important you indicate the following information in the box Sender or Payer:
Order Nº - Your name and surname.

Payment on delivery (only for the Peninsula and Portugal)
In Motocard.com we also offer you payment on delivery.
This method is only available for orders less than 180€, providing that the delivery address is in the Peninsula. It is not possible to choose payment on delivery for Ceuta, Melilla or Canarias.
IMPORTANT
This means of payment has an extra charge by the transport company of procedure expenses of 2.5% of the total order cost (delivery costs included) or a minimum of 2.92€.
Financed payment (Peninsula, Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla and Canarias)
In Motocard.com, in collaboration with the company Cofidis, we offer you the possibility to finance your purchases in 3 (interests are assumed by Motocard), 6,9, or 12 months (interests are assumed by the customer).
You can see the total financed monthly amount in 12 months (interests included) when placing the mouse on a product box at the end of the result page. In the product detail, there will be a link to the “Monthly Instalment Calculator” of Cofidis. In order to use this option, the order must be more than 150 euros.
Motocard will contact you by phone for you to specify the chosen monthly instalments and to be assisted in completing the Cofidis forms.
Paypal payment system.
In Motocard you can use PayPal payment system, PayPal can not be used if selected “In shop pick up system”
The link is located in the lower part of the shopping cart either if you have a PayPal account or you want to create a new one while doing the payment.
If you are a PayPal user your purchase will be done when you validate the user, with no invoicing and delivery data fulfillment requirement.
Right after clicking in PayPal, validation and acceptance of the payment is done through a protected and encrypted by PayPal system. Motocard is not responsible of this process.
