In Motocard we try to offer the maximum quality and service guarantees, so we offer our clients the possibility to Return/change the products that have been bought On-line.
Return/change can be done:
IN MOTOCARD SHOPS.
CALLING +376 725 160.
(From: 9:30h to 20h), and you will be informed how to begin the returning process by postal service.
Returning products must have its original seals and muste be properly packed.
The conditions that can cause a change are the following:
1. The product you have ordered does not please you.
It Could be changed if the seal hasn't been removed. the purchase won't be refunded but it can be changed by another item with a similiar or higher price. Shipping costs or pricing differences in case there are, must be paid by the customer.
2- The product is faulty from the beginning.
Once Motocard has received the faulty item, another one will be sent. In this case the change will always be for the same item or reference. You will only pay for the first shipping and Motocard will be in charge of paying the return and the new shipping.
3- Product that by mistake, does not correspond to the order.
Motocard will pay for the expenses to pick up the wrong item and send the correct one.
IMPORTANT: Motocard will not send the new article until the returned article has not been received and the packaging has been verified in our shops.
