The main construction material is cowhide, present on the back, palm and fingers. This leather is combined with mesh fabric in some fingers areas and other areas of the glove, always maintaining a high degree of protection in all the glove. We also find a 3D mesh in the fingers and the back area of the wrist. All this places combine mesh fabric with leather, in order to preserve glove’s structural integrity in an event of a fall.
For a better comfort when riding, there’ are textile areas for an optimum flexibility. For this reason we have flexible areas in the back of the hand and in both thumbs.
The cowhide we find in the palm is reinforced with synthetic leather in its surface for a better protection in an event of a fall. These reinforcements are also placed on the thumb’s internal area and also on a lateral area of all the fingers. Another point to highlight are the reinforcements in the little finger and the palm’s external padding, that offer some extra protection.
Another protection to highlight is which is placed in the knuckle, made with polyurethane and with the Dainese logo letters on it. The protector is divided in two different pieces, for a better freedom of movements and optimal comfort. Seams are made from Kevlar thread and are totally external.
The Dainese Mig C2 have a pre-curved fingers pattern which offers us a better fitment to our fingers. Also, there are silicone bands in the center of the palm and some fingers for a better grip.
We only find one closure system, placed on the wrist, made with Velcro and an internal flexible tape for a better fitment.
The inner padding is pleasant to the touch, and therefore, very comfortable. The Mig C2 doesn’t feature the Dainese Smart Touch technology in order to handle touch devices like smartphones and tablets.
