The Dainese Stream Line D-Dry is one of the innovations of the italian company for this 2017. A sports aesthetic jacket with a marked touring character, ideal to wear in winter and in mid-day conditions thanks to its waterproof D-Dry membrane and the removable thermal lining.
Materials and construction
The new Stream Line D-Dry is made from a combination of D-Synth 350 fabric with specific abrasion resistant treatment, in addition to stretch bi-elastic fabric. This latter is in the area of ââthe shoulder blades for have a increased movement on the bike.

The jacket also incorporates, under this fabric, a D-Dry membrane to ensure optimum impermeability and breathability. On the inside back of the neck we find a plush lining that offers greater comfort crowned with an elastic fabric.
This new Dainese jacket has detachable anf certified composite protectors at the elbows and shoulders. On the shoulders we also find rigid polyurethane inserts covered with D-Synth 350 fabric. To complete the protections, the Stream Line D-Dry allows to install a Wave or Manis back protector, the two G1 types of the brand. Remembering that these back protectors aren’t included with the jacket.

As a good touring jacket, the Stream Line D-Dry has two air inlets on the front area and two more on the back area that can be adjusted by zippers. In addition, the removable thermal lining together with the breathability and impermeability offered by the D-Dry membrane, make it a garment that can be used at any time of the year, especially in winter, autumn and spring.

Closure, pockets and details
The main closure of the jacket is of central Idraflap closure, so that it gets a greater isolation of the wind and the rain. In the neck we find an adjustable velcro closure while in the wrists we have two options of hook for a better adjustment. In terms of the waist, it has another velcro for a better adaptability of the jacket to our body. The zipper that connects the jacket with the pants is also remarkable.

Other features of this jacket are the two exterior pockets, as well as an interior located on the left side and small reflective elements located at the back to be more visible in driving at night or in low light.
