We advise you about...
We’re going to offer you a shopping guide for the best Schuberth models so that you can choose if you’re looking for a modular motorcycle helmet. Which is the best Schuberth helmet? We’ll tell you.
The Schuberth motorcycle helmets get very good opinions from their users. The vast majority of the helmets of the German brand are usually modular helmets, made of high quality materials, provide superb acoustic insulation and, above all, are very comfortable.
So we’re going to offer you a shopping guide for the best Schuberth models so that you can choose if you’re looking for a modular motorcycle helmet. Which is the best Schuberth helmet? We’ll tell you.
Schuberth helmet with intercom
The first thing we have to make clear is that the Schuberth brand has various types of helmets. But the vast majority of its catalogue is made up of modular motorcycle helmets. So we’ll concentrate on this type of helmet.
Broadly speaking, there are some similarities amongst them. For example, they’re all made of fibre, have a sun visor and allow for the installation of a motorcycle intercom.
Schuberth E1 Helmet, modular adventure helmet for a trail motorcycle
We’ll start this list with the Schuberth E1 helmet, a motorcycle helmet that combines the best of both worlds: that of the touring and adventure motorcycles. They have all the features you want in a modular helmet, but with a very striking adventure touch.
It’s a helmet made of a fibre composite called S.T.R.O.N.G, very resistant and designed by Schuberth. The interiors are very comfortable, removable and washable (as you’d expect from any modular helmet worth its salt), and are made in a combination of very breathable materials.
The Schuberth E1 is a helmet that allows up to 3 different configurations:
- The helmet with the visor and the screen, perfect for a polyvalent use between road and dirt.
- If we remove the screen, we can add some off-road goggles, perfect from getting away from the asphalt.
- Finally, remove the visor and leave the screen, an option suitable for riding at high speeds on the asphalt and thus avoid that bothersome sail effect.
And to end off, 2 more details: it has a preinstallation for the Schuberth SRC-System Pro intercom (which isn’t included), and it has a micrometric closure.
A very comfortable and versatile helmet and which is available in a ton of different graphics.
Strong points:
- Polyvalence
- Adventure design
- Inner padding
Schuberth C3 Pro Helmet, a modular which is superb value for money
In second place we’ve chosen the Schuberth C3 Pro helmet, a very recognisable touring helmet and where the aerodynamics have been looked after, especially thanks to the rear exterior spoiler.
It’s made of fibreglass, with a very comfortable interior and an optimised ventilation system. What makes it stand out from the rest is that special attention has been paid to the insulation, thanks to the fit of the inner padding, the screen closure and the chin curtain.
Ultimately, a Schuberth helmet with some years on its back, but that is still a superb touring option and where you can also include the brand’s intercom.
Strong points:
- Aerodynamics
- Weight
- Value for money
Schuberth C4 Pro Helmet, the best-selling modular helmet
It’s the turn of one of Motocard’s best-selling modular helmets: the Schuberth C4 Pro helmet. This helmet is the evolution of the latter, in this case made of fibreglass and special fibres via a specific system of Schuberth. It stands out for its modern and compact design.
Basically, we have before us a modular helmet with quality materials and details. For example, a very comfortable fit thanks to the interiors, a great screen in which can include a Pinlock (included), space to introduce prescription eyewear and preinstallation for an intercom.
There are no surprises, but all the details have been looked after.
Strong points:
- Large screen
- Very comfortable Interior
- Ventilation system
Schuberth C4 Pro Carbon Helmet, the best Schuberth helmet
And finally it’s time to talk about the Schuberth C4 Pro Carbon helmet, currently the best Schuberth helmet. As straight forward as that. This is the version of the C4 Pro but with the outer shell made of carbon.
In first place, the outer shell is made 100% in carbon fibre, with which we achieve great impact resistance (it’s the best material there is to date in motorcycle helmets), and above all, lightweight.
The aerodynamics has also been well worked out in this helmet, perfect for any touring rider. Similarly, we have some very comfortable interiors, breathable and adjustable.
And then we find the strong points of the C4 Pro Carbon: preinstallation for an intercom, large screen, Pinlock included, etc. A superb modular helmet without a doubt.
Strong points:
- Lightweight
- Insulation
- Aerodynamics
Conclusion
These are the best Schuberth motorcycle helmets that you can chose nowadays depending on your needs. If you want something more adventure, maybe you’ll go for the Schuberth E1. If your budget is a bit tight, then the C3 could your option. Do you want one of the best modular helmets available? Then the Schuberth C4 Pro Carbon.
