Upper fabric:

The upper is made of Acronos fabric, which is characterised by its highly abrasion and heat-resistant fibre, as well as its extreme elasticity. Its design has been specially created to prevent the entry of sand or any other material.

Toecap:

Made of stainless steel, non-deformable and anti-rust. It has been redesigned and reinforced to offer greater resistance and a more aggressive look.

Heel:

Specific design to absorb impacts. Its convex shape allows the rider to easily engage the gear with the heel during starts.

Foot area:

This entire area is covered with a new plastic material, which is lighter and provides the rider with greater comfort and sensitivity to the gear shift lever. It is made with variable thicknesses and densities to ensure total safety in the most sensitive areas.

Shin/tibial area:

Anatomically moulded PU front protection panel, adjustable to the rider's needs. By removing 3 screws you can make the opening wider for your comfort or to accommodate a knee pad.

Closure system:

It features 4 adjustable and interchangeable light alloy buckles with PU inserts and 4 individually adjustable straps to achieve a perfect fit. This system allows the rider to easily open and close the boot.

Inner outer part:

The inside of the boot is almost completely covered with two rubber panels. This is a special rubber that offers exceptional grip and strong abrasion resistance. Its wide coverage protects the boot from the heat of the exhaust gases and allows the fixing screws to be covered for a more elegant design.

Dual-Stage Pivot System:

New revolutionary system patented by Gaerne. The new protective element called “RazorBack” is anchored at two points: the first is fixed at the point of rotation of the boot, and the second is located in a mobile eyelet, which facilitates the natural flexion movement, with a limit in both directions to avoid involuntary extension or compression and to cushion a possible impact. The “RazorBack” has been designed to be synergistic with other elements of the boot and thanks to a particular appendage it strongly limits lateral movement which is one of the most frequent causes of injury. This synergy guarantees absolute protection throughout the back of the boot.

Inner lining:

“Gaerne Memory Cell Foam”, soft polyurethane-coated foam inner lining located around the foot to offer maximum feeling of stability without sacrificing great comfort.
