Cardo Products and Accessories for Motorcycles
Brand History
In 2003, Cardo was one of the first companies to create Bluetooth headsets for mobile phones, aiming to allow users to talk and listen hands-free. It was a great success thanks to its wind-canceling technology, which enabled crystal-clear audio and minimized noise.
The brand's founder was also a motorcyclist and believed that riding a motorcycle shouldn’t exclude the joy of enjoying your friends’ company while riding. With this idea, he decided to use Bluetooth and wind suppression technology, which he already used in his products, combine it with a waterproof casing, and integrate it into a helmet to enjoy hands-free communication.
After a year of development, in 2004, the first Bluetooth headset for motorcycles was launched. It was so successful that the brand stopped manufacturing phone headsets and focused entirely on improving the technology and developing intercoms for motorcyclists.
In 2007, they launched the first intercom between two riders with a range of up to 700m. In 2009, they released the first long-range intercom reaching up to 1.6km. They continued innovating and developing new updates until in 2015 they created the first mesh intercom that allowed groups of up to 15 people to connect. In 2019, Cardo partnered with JBL to deliver unique and high-quality audio. In 2022, they introduced a magnetic Air Mount in the intercoms for simple magnetic connection. That same year, they entered the off-road world offering excellent connectivity and sound. Today, they are one of the leading brands on the market in terms of connectivity and communication in motorsports and outdoor activities.
Top-Selling Products from the Brand
Cardo’s flagship product is its intercoms. While many other brands offer similar products, none offer the same features or the same level of quality as Cardo.
These intercoms are known for their use of JBL sound, providing exceptional and high-quality audio, and for the most powerful communication system in the world called Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC), which allows you to stay connected without limits. They feature a waterproof casing so you can use the intercom under any weather conditions, and an always-on Natural Voice Operation system so you don’t have to press any buttons or turn any dials—your voice is enough.
