Delivery times
Delivery times will vary depending on the product and its size. On selecting the size, an approximate delivery date or dispatch date will be indicated.
The days indicated correspond to the number of working days it will take for the merchandise to leave our warehouse.
If several items with a different delivery date or dispatch date have been added, the delivery will be determined by the latest delivery date.
To receive your order ever faster Express dispatch can be selected. Delivery dates can vary between 1 or 2 working days (for The Balearics 2-3 days). In the case of a breakdown in stock or occasional unavailability, you would be informed at once and a new delivery date will be given or if in the case of not being able to send you your order, cancellation would follow.
Delivery dates or dispatch from the warehouse are informational and any delay in their delivery will not constitute a right to demand any type of compensation.
NOTE: No expeditions on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
IMPORTANT
In the event that the package you received is damaged, you must immediately communicate this in writing to [email protected], attaching a photo of the box, so that Motocard can take the necessary steps and make the appropriate claims to the transport agency. If we do not receive such a written claim, it will not be possible to proceed with the management of the claim.
