FAQ Motocoins
1. I have made a purchase, but the Motocoins have not been added. Why?
If you are a MyMotocard Club member, the two conditions to accumulate Motocoins are:
- In online purchases, Motocoins will be added once your order has left the warehouse. For purchases in physical shops, they will be accumulated on the same day (except for weekend purchases, which will be accumulated on the next working day).
- To accumulate Motocoins, you must have identified yourself before the purchase or made the purchase without logging in but using the email registered in the MyMotocard Club. In stores, identify yourself with the cashier either using the QR code found in the App or your email address.
If you have made a purchase while identified, your order has already been shipped, and you still haven't received the Motocoins, contact our Customer Service team.
2. I forgot to identify myself before purchasing. Can I claim the Motocoins?
Don't worry. As long as you have purchased with the email associated with your account, even without logging in, the Motocoins will be automatically added to your account.
3. How can I pay with the accumulated Motocoins?
On the web
In the payment methods, before completing your purchase, you must check the box where you will see your accumulated Motocoins balance.
If the Motocoins balance is not sufficient to cover the entire order, you must supplement it with another form of payment.
For online purchases, the minimum purchase amount is €1, so you can only redeem your Motocoins up to that amount.
In-store
To use your accumulated balance in a physical shop, you must log in to your MyMotocard page (in your account), and from there you will be able to generate a discount voucher with which you can pay in any shop in your own country. Once there, show the code that you will have received by email to the shop staff.
Important: Once you have generated a discount voucher to use the motocoins in shop, you will not be able to undo this option. The voucher is for one-time use only and is non-refundable if your purchase is less than the amount of the voucher.
4. What happens if I paid with Motocoins and I return, cancel, or exchange the product?
If a product is paid with Motocoins and later returned or exchanged, the corresponding money adjustment will be made, but the Motocoins used to pay for the initial product will not be refunded.
5. Do the accumulated Motocoins expire?
Yes, all motocoins accumulated during the year will expire on 31 December of the same year, with the exception of those accumulated during the month of December, which will expire on 31 December of the following year.
