When does my custom voucher expire?
Your custom voucher doesn't expire, you can share it anytime you want. Share it and share our passion for motorcycles!
Who can I share my voucher with?
You can share your voucher with any friend, family member, co-worker or follower of your social networks who has not made a purchase on Motocard before. If the person has previously purchased from Motocard, they will not be able to use the voucher.
How many friends can I send my voucher to?
Share your voucher with as many people as you want. There is no limit.
When will I receive my discount once someone uses my voucher?
You'll get €20 off when someone makes their first Motocard purchase using your voucher. We will send you an email with your discount.
Can I use multiple discount vouchers at the same time?
No. You can only apply one discount voucher to each purchase you make on Motocard.
When can I use my discount voucher?
When you receive the email with your reward voucher you can use it immediately. You can use it on your next purchase within 15 days of receiving the email.
Can I use my voucher in a Motocard shop?
If you are the friend who receives the coupon for their first purchase, it can only be redeemed on our website. On the other hand, the coupon you receive once your friend has joined the club and made a purchase can be used both in physical shops and on our website.
