Acerbis is an Italian brand of [motorcycle accessories] and motocross gear. Founded in 1973 by Franco Acerbis, the company began manufacturing accessories such as fenders, hand guards and other pieces of plastic for motocross. With time, this Bérgamo manufacturer has gained the trust of manufacturers such as Yamaha for the creation of the plastics for their motorcycles. Currently they have increased their catalogue to domes, seats and many other parts, for road as well as off-road motorcycles, also complements such as covers, retention straps or pieces such as filters or tanks.
Acerbis is also synonymous of motocross gear. Since 1995, Acerbis has created motocross jerseys and pants, as well as [gloves], boots and [thermals] for the off-road. And since 2004 they incorporated helmetsto their motocross range, as well as protections, from elbow guards and knee guards to the full integral protections.
