Fox is off-road in its pure state. The Californian brand has been creating motocross gear for decades and has become the strongest reference of the sector, thanks to a hardworking history. Their striking designs, constant innovation and passion for mud have made the Fox head brand one of the most popular amongst fans.
It all began in 1974 when Geoff Fox, a physics professor, opened a shop with everything you need for off-road, motorcycle accessories as well as technical gear. But soon Geoff Fox decided to create his own products.
The Fox family knew that to get publicity, they had to go into competitions. This allowed them to evolve their products, but also to become more popular: the Moto-X Fox Team soon attracted the attention of all their fans with their gear in yellow, red and orange and sales took off. Today, a Fox jersey is an icon of motorcycle fashion.
You can gear up with Fox from head to toes, just like riders of the ilk of Ricky Carmichael or James Stewart, or more recently Ryan Dungey. Pants, gloves, socks, waterproofs… and not just textile items, but also helmets and their goggles, protections of all types, from knee guards to full protections and bags to carry them.
And if you’re a fan of the brand, Fox also has an ample collection of urban fashion, which includes casual clothes such as T-shirts and caps to swimwear so that you can show off the Fox logo wherever you want.
Nowadays, the Fox family continues their work with Peter Fox, the founder’s son, taking the reins of the business, which has spread its passion to many other areas, which range from mountain sports, to surf to cycling. And part of the knowledge that the brand has acquired in the motorcycle field has been applied to cycling gear.
