Motocross and enduro are the only sports where apart from sweating it out you also have to get really dirty to prove that you've given your all. The punishment your jersey takes is remarkable. Luckily, Alpinestars, Fox, Shift, Leatt and other manufacturers know how many obstacles we're faced with, and therefore know just what we need.
The jerseys for off-road are, generally, large so as to leave ample room for the protections and made of special fabrics which make them elastic and durable at the same time. But if you don't know which one to go for, we'd like to highlight one feature above the rest: the ventilation. Because, if you're going to practise motocross, you better get a jersey with a good level of ventilation, with abundant microperforated areas. These also, include other details such as an elongated rear cut that makes them ideal for the convoluted motocross circuits.
On the other hand, if you want something more for enduro and other modalities, maybe you're looking for something more versatile which under adverse conditions has a little more comfort...not forgetting that you also have jackets to complete your gear.
Also, at Motocard you'll find the whole range of colours and graphics that the brands have to offer, so that they match the colour of your bike, be it a Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha or for dressing like an official racer for KTM. We even have special editions, like the flamboyant graphics of the American team in the MX of Nations.
And needless to say that if you're looking for a jersey, maybe it's a good idea to get the other half, the pants of the same model.
By the way, we talked about the protections before and we want to mention something here: there are some integral protections that go on top of the jerseys, because to be worn underneath they'd need special openings. But it's not a problem, what's important is safety, like the normalisation of the neck brace.
