Thermal bike clothes are a small blessing that brands like Dainese, Alpinestars or Oxford make so that we don't surrender to the wind or cold, and we can enjoy our beloved bike all year round, be it summer or winter .
There are thermals in the shape of jackets, with sleeves or sleeveless, and also t-shirts that complement the clothing on your torso. And below the waist we have thermal pants and socks. Well covered from head to toes, including hands. Hang on: the head! We forgot to mention the helmet liners. And if you want something more specialised for the track, you have the undersuit, ideal for practising our favourite sport.
If there's a classic item in the bike world used as a thermal garment, it's the neck warmer. The legend goes that the motorcycle pioneers already used them to cover their face from the dust clouds thrown up on dirt paths. And from here, the first fighter pilots wore them, made of fine silk to avoid chaffing the neck when constantly turning their heads to keep the enemy in sight. Today's neck warmers fulfil both functions and are truly popular. In fact, there are brands specialising in this garment, such as Buff.
