NGK is synonymous of spark plugs for your motorbike. The Nippon Gaishi Kaisha (Japanese insulating company) manufactures spark plugs using exotic materials with iridium and platinum in some of their models, but they all feature an integral copper core, which ensures perfect ignition.
NGK was born in the ‘30s and soon supplied spark plugs to the growing Japanese automobile and motorcycle industry. They have not stopped growing since then, and NGK is currently the world’s primary manufacturer of spark plugs, with more than ten thousand employees and their products are present in the pinnacle of leading technology such as Formula 1 and MotoGP.
